Dear international students,
It’s time to invite you all to our coming event! In the week before our meeting the Netherlands will celebrate Kings Day, the birthday of King Willem Alexander. Lots of people will wear orange clothes and there will be all sorts of festivities. On Saturday, April 29 at International Cafe we will continue the festivities at Het Pand.
Hans van Seventer will tell a bit about the history of King’s Day, and we will have some traditional Dutch folk games. As usual there will be soup (always one vegetarian), garlic bread, homemade cakes, and plenty of tea and coffee.
Our monthly meetings at Het Pand are held on the last Saturday of each month from 18:00 until 22:00 o’clock.
The evening is free. Feel free to support us with a small donation, there is a box present for that purpose
Please sign up for this meeting by Friday, April 28th through the form below so we know how much food to prepare!
IMPORTANT: If you have signed up but for some reason are not able to come will you please let us know as soon as you can. This helps us a lot with our planning
